A collage word poem

I can't do photos or whatever to send to you via email but I have been working on word collages for 2 months. Cutting up words from magazines, sorting etc etc, then I let go of the ego and just go with the words. This set of words ( the same 350 words more or less) has gone out to 3 friends. We all work with the same words then exchange them so each person gets 1 original and copies of the others sent to the other 3 participants. It is so interesting to see what emerges from the words, each person's creative process, such different word poems/stories. Of course each piece has a unique collaged word size, font, colour etc because the words are randomly cut from the magazine sources. I am really enjoying this process... |
